Standard shipping takes 5–8 business days. Expedited (3–5 days) and Express (1–2 days) options are also available.

Yes! Free standard shipping on all orders over $99 within the contiguous US.

Yes. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Assembly & Setup
How much assembly is required?
All Ford bikes arrive 85% pre-assembled. Final setup takes about 15–20 minutes with basic tools. An assembly guide is included.
Do I need special tools?
No special tools required — a basic hex key set is all you need.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused bikes in original packaging.
What warranty do Ford bikes come with?
All bikes include a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
My bike arrived damaged. What do I do?
Contact us within 48 hours at support@fordbicycles.com with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement.
