- We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders at our discretion

3. Orders & Payment
- Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment
- We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay
- We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, fraud, or stock issues
4. Shipping
- Orders ship within 1–3 business days
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
- Risk of loss passes to you upon carrier pickup
5. Returns & Refunds Returns accepted within 30 days for unused items in original packaging. See our full Return Policy for details.
6. Warranty All Ford bikes include a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
7. Intellectual Property All content on this website — including logos, images, text, and product designs — is the property of Ford Bicycles and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability Ford Bicycles shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website beyond the purchase price paid.
9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
