Refund policy

30-Day Return Policy We want you to love your Ford bike. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Items that are not eligible for return:
- Bikes that have been ridden, assembled beyond 85%, or show signs of use
- Customized or special-order bikes
- Accessories, helmets, and apparel (for hygiene reasons)
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@fordbicycles.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items If your bike arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Exchanges We offer free exchanges for size or color within 30 days. Contact us at support@fordbicycles.com to arrange an exchange.
Warranty All Ford bikes come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in frame and components under normal use conditions.
