1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

3. Free Shipping We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $99 within the contiguous United States (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories).

4. Shipping Carriers We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on your location and selected shipping method. Carrier selection is at our discretion to ensure the best delivery experience.

5. Bike Assembly & Packaging All Ford bikes are shipped 85% pre-assembled in reinforced double-wall cardboard boxes with foam padding. Final assembly takes approximately 15–20 minutes and requires basic tools. An assembly guide is included with every order.

6. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Track your order at:

• FedEx: fedex.com
• USPS: usps.com

7. Shipping Restrictions We currently ship to the contiguous 48 US states. We do not ship to:

• Alaska or Hawaii (contact us for a custom quote)
• US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.)
• PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses
• International destinations at this time

8. Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged, please:

1. Take photos of the damaged packaging and product immediately
2. Contact us within 48 hours at support@fordbicycles.com
3. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund

9. Lost or Stolen Packages Ford Bicycles is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. We recommend shipping to a secure location. Contact your carrier directly for lost package claims.

10. Address Changes If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at support@fordbicycles.com. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.
